• What the shipment contains and, for purchases, the invoice.

If you created a request online, bring its number or receipt: we scan it and review the details with you.

What happens at the counter

2. 2We weigh the shipment on our scale and note any visible packaging issues.
3. 3We confirm the price and you pay at the office, or online from your account.
4. 4We attach the label and give you your RV reference.

Coming from elsewhere in New York

We don’t pick up from homes, so all shipments are received at this office. Customers from anywhere in New York City and the surrounding area can bring their shipments here. Call us before coming in if you are traveling far or bringing a large item.
