How to ship a package

  1. 1Pack it in a sturdy box with padding. We can check and reinforce it at the office.
  2. 2Make sure the recipient has their RUA up to date with Dominican Customs.
  3. 3Register it online and pay from your account, or come straight to the office with the recipient’s details.
  4. 4We weigh it, confirm the price and give you your RV reference.

Customs and the RUA

To receive packages by courier, the recipient must be enrolled in the Customs Registry (RUA) of Dominican Customs (DGA). Without it, Customs holds the package until the recipient registers.

Declare the contents and value accurately, and bring the invoice if it’s a purchase. Taxes depend on the value and use of the shipment, and Customs makes the decision.
